We are currently looking to fill Shift Leader position.

Position Responsibilities:

Performs leadership, management and organization tasks to ensure team members work efficiently and effectively during their shift.
Keeping track of inventory and making sure every area is fully stocked
Ordering supplies as necessary and coordinating product deliveries with suppliers
Organizing shift schedules for team members
Monitoring attendance, tardiness
Training sales associates

Preferred skills and experience:
Customer service experience in a retail environment
Shift leadership experience
Able to engage and speak to customers
